6. Refunds & Cancellations
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our infrastructure services. For any consulting or preliminary design services booked through direct communication:
- Eligibility: Refunds or cancellations can be requested within 7 days of service booking, provided significant design work has not commenced.

- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Construction Projects: Terms for large-scale construction and turnkey projects are governed by their respective individual project contracts.

All prices for our services are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
